Our Vision

What is our goal?

Our common goal is to overcome language barriers, promote medical education, and provide humanitarian medical assistance.

Overcoming language barriers

Among the first generation of Tamils who fled from the Sri Lankan military to Germany in the early 1980s, difficulties in understanding and speaking the German language still persist today.

This results in complex problems and obstacles, including in the field of healthcare. Through our lectures and other informational events, we aim to help improve the situation.

Humanitarian medical assistance

Another matter close to our hearts is humanitarian aid, especially in the north of Sri Lanka. The healthcare system there has nearly collapsed due to wars, natural disasters, and misguided government policies. Entire regions and population groups are often cut off from medical care, particularly in times of crisis.

Our association aims to support existing humanitarian projects and also to engage internationally in order to alleviate the suffering of people in the affected regions.
